Be open and honest with us. Call us 1(855) 286-0783, use @CherRaeArts to tweet at me, PM me on Facebook or email us through our website contact form within 30 days. Let's talk about your purchase and what would make our relationship better. Refunds are a last resort, we'd much prefer to:
- Replace a product damaged in shipping
- Credit your account for another piece in a different size or textile
If, after some discussion, a return is the best option. We'll make arrangements for return shipping.
Your purchase cannot be returned if the packaging opened or tags removed. If your purchase was damaged in shipping, send us a picture so we can improve the service or packaging and replace your purchase.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We don't charge a restocking fee. Nor do we refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your image is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. We will credit your account with the cost of the original purchase.
